Dispatch and handling
Orders placed before 12pm CT on a business day are dispatched the same day from our US warehouse. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or federal holiday, dispatch the next business day.
Handling is 1 business day on in-stock items. If any line on your order is backordered we hold the whole order rather than part-shipping it, because a second freight charge on a partial ebike shipment costs more than the wait. You will see the backorder on the order confirmation and can split the order on request.
- Cut-off is 12pm CT on business days.
- Stock lives in a single US warehouse, so nothing ships from overseas and nothing crosses customs.
- Order tracking is emailed at dispatch and mirrored in your account.
Methods, cost and transit
| Method | Transit | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Standard ground | 4-6 business days | Free over $99, otherwise $9 |
| Express | 2-3 business days | $29 |
| Express + pro assembly | 3-4 business days | $79 |
| Oversized freight (bikes, scooters) | 5-8 business days | Free |
| Parts and tools | 3-5 business days | Free over $99 |
Transit windows are business days from dispatch and are the carrier’s published estimates, not a guarantee. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories add two to four days and carry an oversized surcharge that is calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
We ship to US addresses only
We do not ship to freight forwarders or international addresses. Orders placed through a forwarder cannot be insured by us, and damage discovered after the forwarder takes possession cannot be substantiated, so such orders are cancelled and refunded.
Assembly and what to expect on arrival
Ebikes and scooters ship 90-95% assembled in a reinforced carton with a foam-lined fork block. You attach the front wheel, handlebars and pedals, then torque four fasteners to the values printed on the card inside the box. Budget fifteen minutes.
- 01 Inspect the carton before signing
Refuse a visibly crushed carton and photograph it either way. A signed-for damaged carton is far harder to claim on.
- 02 Fit wheel, bars and pedals
Handlebar stem, front axle, and pedals. Thread pedals by hand first – cross-threading a crank arm is not a warranty fault.
- 03 Charge to full before the first ride
A pack that has been in transit benefits from a full balance cycle. Expect three to five hours.
- 04 Torque to spec and check the brakes
The included card lists the four torque values. Squeeze the brake levers and confirm pad contact before you ride.
Pro assembly is available
At checkout you can add Express + pro assembly and a partner shop near you will build, tune and hand over the bike. Available in most metro areas; the option is hidden if there is no partner within range.
Delays, damage and lost parcels
Carrier scans stall at hubs, usually for a day and usually harmlessly. If tracking has not moved for three business days we open a trace, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we replace it at our cost rather than asking you to file a claim with the carrier.
For damage, photograph the carton and the affected parts before discarding packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We ship replacement parts immediately and pursue the carrier claim ourselves.
If an item is missing from your order, check the carton for a second compartment first – pedals, chargers and keys ship in a separate inner box more often than you would think. If it is genuinely absent we ship it the same day.
