Warranty coverage
Frame, motor, battery and electronics are covered for 2 years. This page is specific about the limits, because a warranty nobody can predict is not worth much.

What is covered
Frame and motor covered for 2 years. Battery covered for 2 years against capacity loss below 70%.
| Component | Term | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Battery pack | 2 years | Includes capacity falling below 70% of rated, not just complete failure |
| Motor | 2 years | Bearings, hall sensors and windings |
| Frame and fork | 2 years | Manufacturing defects and weld failure |
| Controller and display | 2 years | Electronics failure under normal use |
| Charger | 1 year | Failure to charge, or unsafe output |
| Brakes, tires, cables | 90 days | Defect only, not wear |
The 70% battery clause
Most warranties cover a pack only when it stops working entirely. Ours covers it when it has lost 30% of rated capacity, which is the point at which a commuter actually notices. Capacity is tested by us, or by a shop with a load tester, and you do not pay for the test.
Transfer and registration
Register the serial number under your account after delivery. We can honour a claim from the order record without it, but registration makes a claim a two-minute process rather than an email thread.
Coverage transfers once to a second owner if the original purchase is registered. That transfer requires the original order number, and it is why our bikes hold resale value better than most.
What is not covered
- Water damage from submersion. Rain and splash resistance is not waterproofing.
- Crash, drop, or impact damage, and damage from over-torqued or loose fasteners.
- Range shortfall caused by terrain, rider weight, cold, or sustained full-throttle riding.
- Unauthorised repairs that damaged a covered component, and third-party battery packs.
- Cosmetic wear: scratches, paint fade, grips and saddle wear.
- Labour, unless performed by us or a partner shop we directed you to.
Voiding the warranty
Opening a battery pack, bypassing the BMS, or using a charger not supplied or approved by us all void coverage for the affected components. So does altering the controller firmware beyond the settings we ship.
How a claim proceeds
- 01 Describe the fault
From the Orders tab or by email. A fifteen-second video showing the symptom usually gets a diagnosis on the first reply.
- 02 We diagnose and decide
Most faults are resolved by shipping a part. Where we need the component back, we send a prepaid label first so you are never out of pocket.
- 03 Part or shop, your choice
We can send the part with a video walkthrough, or route you to a partner shop near you that invoices us directly. Most riders fit their own.
- 04 If it cannot be fixed
We replace the covered component, and if a fault recurs three times on the same part, we replace the product.
We commit to a first response within four business hours and a resolution decision within two business days of having enough information. If a claim stalls, escalate it by phone during Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm CT.
