Booking

  1. 01 Book online or by phone

Pick a slot through your account, or call (844) 555-0182 during Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm CT. We will tell you honestly if it sounds like a warranty claim instead.

  2. 02 Drop off or ship it

Partner shops across most metro areas, or ship the bike to our warehouse on a label we provide at cost.

  3. 03 We diagnose before we charge

You approve the itemised quote before any work starts. If the diagnosis is a covered fault, the service is free and the quote is void.

  4. 04 Ride test and handover

Every service ends with a ride test and a walkthrough of what was found, plus a written record in your account.

Service questions

How often does an ebike actually need servicing?
Every 12 months or 1,000 miles for a commuter, whichever comes first. Twice a year if you ride daily through winter, because road salt does far more damage than distance.
Will servicing void my warranty?
No. Servicing at a partner shop we approve maintains it. Unauthorised repairs that damage a covered component, or opening the battery pack, do void it.
Can you service a brand you do not sell?
For mechanical work, usually yes – brakes, drivetrain, wheels and bearings are not brand-specific. We cannot do electrical work on systems we have no parts or documentation for.
Do you collect the bike?
In most metro areas a partner shop will, for a fee, or you can drop it off. Outside those areas we ship on a pallet and provide the label at cost.
What does a battery capacity test involve?
A controlled discharge at a known load until cut-off, then comparison with rated watt-hours. It takes a few hours and is included in the Annual tune. If capacity is below 70% of rated within two years, that is a warranty claim.
